2018 NCCC Convention Proposal

Vacation – The Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel & Suites….featuring the largest ballroom outside of the New Orleans Downtown area. The Suite Tower contains 95 new 750 sq. ft. upscale King or Double Queen suites with full kitchens. The connecting Annex has deluxe King & Double Queen standard guest rooms each with refrigerator & microwave. Tours – Tours – Tours….Plantation Country, Garden District, Historic Mansions, Riverboat Excursions, Ghosts & Spirits, and of course, the famous French Quarter!....But for those that don’t care to venture out and about; our NCCC Hospitality room will be located on the 16th floor of the Suite Tower with a panoramic and phenomenal view of New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain. Betcha’ Can’t Do It All!
Competition – During the week of fun we will recognize our past years' competitors at the Championship Awards Dinner and end with our National Awards Banquet. Other events will be there for any and all to attend even the car show near the host hotel. No Problem Raceway & NOLA Motorsports Park….The week also includes Circuit Grand Bayou for Twilight Bracket Drags followed by Nighttime Record Drags....at only 12 feet above sea level. The week’s speed events will then conclude at the awesome and luxurious NOLA facility only 12 miles from our host hotel which will accommodate spectators in air conditioned comfort. Using the North Track for our high speed licensed enthusiasts and the adjacent 7.5 acre autocross pad for the low speed; the layout is designed so that competitors are able to pit and compete same day in both events. Betcha’ Can’t Do It All!
